Quite unintentionally, this site became dedicated to the talented and surprising Michelle Dockery. My aim is to provide fresh material and perspective for her fans.
In the 'Michelle Dockery Professional Archive' link below you will find the most complete collection of her screen performances on the internet.

Laura reveals Michelle Dockery has never seen The Lion King
Oddly enough that’s the only one I have seen. My mom did force me to watch Kramer vs Kramer but I’ve blocked it out.
This is one of my all-time favourites. I think Woody Allen is a genius and particularly in this film: it’s stylish, funny and heart-warming. Just the perfect movie, really.
THE LION KING
I am obsessed with this. Michelle Dockery (Lady Mary Crawley) has never seen it and I’m like: ‘That’s probably one of the best films of all time!’ I remember going to see it at the cinema – I’m a big Disney fan.
ALL ABOUT MY MOTHER
I am a big fan of Pedro Almodóvar, too: in this film he manages to be both funny and moving, and he works with these amazing women. I met him recently and I nearly cried.
KRAMER VS KRAMER
I love the performances from Dustin Hoffman and Meryl Streep. But, then, I could watch anything with Meryl Streep in; she is a bit of a hero of mine.
TRULY MADLY DEEPLY
A really beautiful British film with, again, stunning performances from Alan Rickman and Juliet Stevenson. I saw it many years ago, then a couple of years ago I watched it again with my sisters and my mum. It was one of those comedy moments where the film ended and we were still crying for a good 20 minutes afterwards.
TODAY I’M WEARING a jacket that I stole from Michelle Dockery years ago, with an acid floral skirt by Moschino; I love quirky designs.
THE BEST NIGHT OUT I’VE EVER HAD WAS Michelle Dockery’s birthday in New York. She was working there and I surprised her by turning up at The Box with a bow on my head. Downton’s reception has been fantastic in the US, so we were treated very well.
